A licensed Realtor working with buyers and sellers in both North Dakota and Minnesota since 2002, Carol is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Fargo Moorhead Area Association of REALTORS and is Vice Chair of the ND Realtors Political Action Committee. Carol is also a member of Multiple Listing Service and the National Association of REALTORS and the Home Builders Association.
She specializes in residential real estate serving buyers and sellers throughout the Fargo-Moorhead and surrounding communities. She is currently representing Kilbourne Group on a Downtown Fargo Condo project, which will include retail space and a second Fargo Theater. 16 Condos will be built, including a two story penthouse unit, all units will have an outside balconly overlooking Historic Broadway Street. Broadway is home to many of Fargos downtown icons.: The Hotel Donaldson,The Fargo Theater, Montes restaurant, Old Broadway grill and bar, NDSU extentension campus just to name a few. Downtown living has grown in the last 5 years.
